Managed a team from 3/6 employees. Making sure morale was always up and all the assignments for the day got completed. As well as making sure we reached our daily revenue goal and counting down the register at the end of every shift and verifying it was all correct. The most important part was making sure the costumer was always happy and had a good experience building individual relationships making sure they would come back.
